Your property is an asset and a valuable business. As such we want to you ensure that it is pest free at the point of letting or when your tenants relinquish their tenancies.

The Pre-Rental service we offer :

• Prior to letting we inspect the property for pests – we will carry out an inspection on your empty property and advise you of any pest control issues or confirm that the property is pest free.

• At the end of the tenancy – we will complete an inspection, immediately after tenant have moved out to check whether your property is pest free. If the property was initially inspected and confirmed pest free, then the tenant may need to bear the cost of resolving this problem.

• We will provide you with a certificate – this confirms that the property is pest free at the point of letting. However if there are pest control issues we will provide you with a report and what we can do to resolve it.

• We inspect for various pests – cockroaches, bedbugs, mice, rats, carpet mites, martin bugs, fleas, slugs, snails etc.
